Regenerating call records under different plan
We have assigned package A to a customer. When generating call records we can see the RateID applied to all his calls made in January as Package A. Now we want have moved the customer to Package B and we would like to generate call records for January for the customer based on Package B.
After changing his package in “customer central” when we generate a call record it still applies rates from Package A and RateID also shows as package A.

The customer is not billed yet. We have not processed his statements yet. We are only viewing his call records from “Manage Call Records” and exported them the csv.
What would happen in a situation where a customer choose a Package A and we accidently assign him Package B on the system. If we make the correction before the Bill statement processing, will we be able to make the correction, or the package assigned during the calls made can not be changed? |
